I consider my recipes gluten-free and dairy-free, and occasionally egg free and meat free, however, I do not have direct control over the ingredients that you use in your cooking or the environment in which you cook. In certain recipes, I may list a particular ingredient or brand/supplier of that ingredient, but since companies often change the makeup of their products, you need to read labels carefully and in the case of gluten-free, especially if you have something like Celiac disease, I recommend that you check directly with that supplier.
